I founded Anchor Lotus Consulting on a simple conviction: most businesses aren't short on effort or ideas — they're short on clarity. Somewhere between the spreadsheets, the daily firefighting and the gut-feel decisions, the real story the data is trying to tell gets lost. My work is to find that story and turn it into a clear, practical path forward.

My route into consulting wasn't a straight line. I spent years working inside growing businesses, in data and operations roles — close enough to the numbers to see how often big decisions were made on instinct alone, and close enough to the people to see the cost when those decisions missed. The more I dug into the data behind the problems, the more the same patterns repeated: unclear processes, untrusted numbers, no single source of truth. I became a consultant because I couldn't stop wanting to fix that.

The way my mind works, I see businesses as systems. Where others see a messy operation, I see inputs, bottlenecks, feedback loops and leverage points — the few changes that quietly move everything else. I'm equally at home in the detail of a dataset and in the bigger picture of where a business is heading, and happiest connecting the two: translating raw numbers into decisions a founder can actually act on.

That's why I believe applying data to growth isn't a "nice to have" — it's the difference between guessing and knowing. Data, used well, removes the fog: it shows what's truly working, what's quietly draining you, and where your next pound of effort goes furthest. Growth stops being a gamble and becomes a series of deliberate, informed steps. To me, that is the improvement and success journey — clarity first, then confident action, then momentum.
